Ingredients (serves 3)
・Motobu Farm Hamburger...3 packs
・Tomato...1 medium
・Onion…1/10
・Marmalade…1 tablespoon
・Vinegar…1 tablespoon
・Soy sauce…1 tablespoon

作り方

  • 1. Cut the tomatoes into 1cm cubes.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion, soak in water, and squeeze out the water.
  • 3. Add (1), (2), vinegar, soy sauce, and marmalade to a bowl and mix well.
  • 4. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to half a day.
  • 5. Heat the hamburger steak according to the package instructions, place on a plate and pour the tomato sauce over the top.

作る際のコメント

A light sauce goes well with a meaty hamburger steak. The fresh tomato sauce introduced this time has marmalade added to it, adding a refreshing citrus aroma and sweetness. It can be used immediately after making, but if you let it sit for a while, the sourness will soften and it will taste even better. You can also use yuzu jam instead of marmalade.
