The product price includes packaging and shipping fees, but does not include consumption tax.
If you choose cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
The fees are as follows:

Under 10,000 yen: 330 yen
Under 30,000 yen: 440 yen
Under 100,000 yen: 660 yen

If you wish to cancel your application, please do so within 3 days of submitting it.
Please note that we may call you if the item is out of stock.

We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if there is any contamination or damage to the product (meat or processed foods), or if the plastic packaging is broken and causing leakage or exposure, we will replace the product.
Please note that dents or scratches on the outer box are not eligible for replacement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a different product or a defective product that fits the above criteria, please return it to us cash on delivery.

Currently, we do not offer bulk sales through our online store.
If you would like to sell meat in bulk, please contact us using the inquiry form.
