Gobu beef bulgogi bowl

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
- Sample slices of Motobu beef250g
- Carrot1/2
- Onion Medium1/2 piece
- Leek1/2 bunch
- Bean sprouts1/2 bag
- A little salt and pepper
- A little sesame oil (for finishing)
Sauce ingredients

1 tablespoon soy sauce3
- 1 tablespoon of cooking sake2
- tbsp Gochujang3
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil1
- 1 teaspoon sugar2
- garlic2 pieces (grated)
How to make it
- ★Put all the sauce ingredients and sliced Motobu beef into a plastic bag, knead, and put in the refrigerator.
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces (thin cuts are recommended as they will stick to the sauce better).
- Add a little oil to a frying pan and fry the carrots and onions.
- Once the ingredients have softened, add the meat marinated in sauce and the bean sprouts.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the chives and stir fry.
- Add sesame oil (just for flavor), stir, and turn off the heat.
- Put rice into a bowl and top with ⑥ and it's done!
*You can add king oyster mushrooms to your liking, or use green onions instead of onions, for a variety of variations.
