Gobu beef bulgogi bowl

Ingredients (for 2-3 people) 

  • Sample slices of Motobu beef250g 
  • Carrot1/2 
  • Onion Medium1/2 piece 
  • Leek1/2 bunch 
  • Bean sprouts1/2 bag 
  • A little salt and pepper 
  • A little sesame oil (for finishing) 

Sauce ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce3 
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking sake2 
  • tbsp Gochujang3 
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil1 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar2 
  • garlic2 pieces (grated) 

How to make it

  1. ★Put all the sauce ingredients and sliced Motobu beef into a plastic bag, knead, and put in the refrigerator. 
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces (thin cuts are recommended as they will stick to the sauce better). 
  3. Add a little oil to a frying pan and fry the carrots and onions. 
  4. Once the ingredients have softened, add the meat marinated in sauce and the bean sprouts. 
  5. Once the meat is cooked, add the chives and stir fry. 
  6. Add sesame oil (just for flavor), stir, and turn off the heat. 
  7. Put rice into a bowl and top with ⑥ and it's done! 

*You can add king oyster mushrooms to your liking, or use green onions instead of onions, for a variety of variations.
