  • Payment method

    VISA/JCB/MASTER/AMEX are accepted.

    ●Bank transfers

    ●Cash on delivery

  • Shipping and delivery


    Free shipping nationwide.


    ・The delivery of goods is entrusted to 'Yamato Transport'.
    ・Delivery is limited to within Japan.
    ・Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of alcoholic beverages.

    【Delivery date】

    Credit card: Delivery will be made within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
    For bank transfers: delivery will be made within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after confirmation of payment.
    For cash on delivery: delivery will be made within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after confirmation of the order.

    If you have a specific date and time, please indicate it in the remarks box.
    If you do not provide a date and time, we will contact you to confirm.
    ※Closed from 30 December to 4 January.
    ※Arrival may be delayed due to weather conditions or busy delivery times for delivery companies.

    【About correspondence when changing (forwarding) delivery address】

    From Yamato Transport, which entrusts product delivery, from June 1, 2023, If the delivery address stated on the invoice is changed, the delivery fee incurred up to the changed delivery address will be billed to the recipient (fixed price cash on delivery) when the package is received.   • Packing and Noshi

    If you wish to use wrapping or noshi, check the 'Use gift service' box displayed during the order process and select noshi or wrapping.
    If you wish to personalise your order, please indicate this in the 'Personalisation' box when placing your order.

  • Return Policy

    Although we take every precaution with our products, we will replace any product (meat or processed food) that is contaminated, damaged, leaking or exposed due to damage to the wrapping vinyl.
    Please note that dents or scratches on the outer box are not eligible for replacement.
    In the unlikely event that a different product or a defective product that meets the above criteria arrives, please return the product with payment on delivery.
