This is a guide to using Motobu Farm Shop's online store.
This contains important information regarding shopping, so please read it before making your purchase.

  • Payment method

    ●pay by a credit card

    VISA/JCB/MASTER/AMEX are accepted.
    *Payment method is lump sum payment only.

    ●Bank transfer

    * In the case of payment by bank transfer, the product will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

    ●Cash on delivery

    * However, if the name of the delivery address and the orderer are different, cash on delivery cannot be used.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    ・Delivery is limited to within Japan.

    【About delivery date】

    For credit card payments: Items will be delivered within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
    For bank transfers: We will ship within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after confirming your payment.
    For cash on delivery: Your order will be shipped within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after your order is confirmed.

    *We will be closed during the New Year holidays (12/31-1/3).
    *Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or the delivery company's busy season.

    【About correspondence when changing (forwarding) delivery address】

  • Packing and ironing

    If you would like your item wrapped or gift wrapped, please check the "Use gift service" box that appears during the ordering process and select the gift wrapping or gift tag you would like.
    If you would like your name engraved, please enter it in the "Engraving" field when ordering.

  • About returns

    We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if there is any contamination or damage to the product (meat or processed foods), or if the plastic packaging is broken and causing leakage or exposure, we will replace the product.
    Please note that dents or scratches on the outer box are not eligible for replacement.
    In the unlikely event that you receive a different product or a defective product that fits the above criteria, please return it to us cash on delivery.
