Individual identification number
The individual identification number (10 digits) is a unique number assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to accurately manage and share information about each individual cow. By entering the individual identification number (10 digits) derived from the lot number (10 digits) into the search service of the National Livestock Improvement Center, you can check the production history of that cow.
If the label displays a 10-digit individual identification number, please use the search service of the National Livestock Improvement Center.
